Purpose

For all Combat Troops, Security and Support Personnel. Designed for use in Hot Climates the CS2000 affords Maximum Protection against Liquid and Vapour Chemical Agents. The Suit is capable of being worn immediately over under-garments reducing heat stress to the wearer thereby increasing Operational Efficiency.

Description

The CS2000 is similar in appearance to the NATO Combat 2 piece Suit, combined with the latest Chemical Warefare Protective Tailored Design Features. The jacket has an innovative in-collar hood stowage for rapid donning. Low profile pocketry, front zip closure and velcro fastenings are incorporated with adjustable draw cord to bottom edge of jacket. The trousers have partly elasticated waist, large belt loops, front fly closure and zippers to the outer calf.

Fabric Thickness: 1.95mm. Prevents Mustard Gas Penetration of no more than 4ug/cm2. Thermal Insulation less than 0.3 TOG. Less than 4% Shrinkage after 50 washes. Outer: Polycotton Centre: Absorbant Carbon Inner: Cotton Knit
