Purpose

An innovative adaptation of an Assault Troop Lifejacket incorporating a self contained Breathing System (STASS), which provides short term air supply to Waterborne Assault Operatives or in Helicopter Escape Situations. Fully integrable with tactical airborne configurations (HAHO and HALO).

Description

The lifejacket comprises an inflatable stole and outer retainer enclosed by fully zipped valise. Externally stowed (STASS) air cylinder and Integral demand valve. Adjustable webbing harness with quick release closure. Manual gas inflation mechanism and top-up/deflate tube. Made to the highest defence standards.
